Clarity. Focus. Professional support — all year long.

This is for gardeners who don’t just want to plan their garden year —
they want to follow through, stay inspired, and actually live the vision they set.

Because we all know how what can happen …

At the beginning of the year, we start inspired.
So we are motivated to set intentions.
Because we imagine the harvest and bounty the year can bring.

And then life happens.

By mid-season, focus fades. Priorities blur.
The vision we had at the beginning of the year quietly slips away.

Let’s not do that with your garden in 2026.

The Garden Planning Sessions plus Garden Planner are designed to help you tune in, and stay alignedso your garden (and you) can truly thrive in 2026.

The missing piece: staying focused all year long

Here’s what I’ve learned from decades of working with gardeners.

The Planner is a wonderful place to start, to stay focused with your garden year, but I have found personally, and with gardeners that I’ve spoken with, that doing so in community and having professional support is really what keeps us on track and energized and inspired to fulfill those goals that we have for our garden.

Planning alone is powerful. – Planning together, with professional support, is where the magic happens.🌟

That’s why this bundle includes Quarterly Live Planning Sessions.

These sessions exist so the vision you set in January doesn’t disappear as the year go on.

Debby Ward, professional gardener, garden coach, trainer, speaker, designer and writer

Quarterly Planning Sessions (Live + Recorded)

In these sessions we get together as a group and go through the Planner and have some positive community time. This way we are individually and collectively supporting our garden goals, so that the vision that we set at the beginning of the year, in the first session, is carried through the entire year.

These live Zoom sessions are designed to walk with you through each upcoming season using the Planner — with guidance, connection, and space for questions.

Each session includes:

🌿Clear guidance for the quarter ahead. Starting with yearly vision and goals and moving through the seasons.

🌿Revisiting intentions and priorities each quarter and making conscious adjustments instead of reacting.

🌿Support for shifting plans when things change.

🌿Live Q&A with a professional, supportive and wise garden guidance.

🌿Community connection with other gardeners.

✨ All sessions are recorded, so you can attend live or watch later.

Begin your garden year with intention, not overwhelm

Instead of wondering how to stay on top of your garden –

🌟We’ll begin by setting your vision, intentions, and goals for the year by creating space to reflect on what you want to grow, sustain, and nourish.

😊This will help clarify your focus for the year and each quarter so you stay empowered to manifest what you want for your garden.

👍By envisioning what an abundant harvest looks like for you, you won’t get side-tracked by every shiny object that comes along and so you stay true to your intentions – all year – even as life changes and your garden evolves.

😊Ensure you feel supported as the seasons change so you can simplify staying focused.

🌟These empowering sessions set the foundation for a garden year and keep your garden alive rooted in clarity and trust.

Why these garden planning sessions work

Person on soft on laptop

It seems so easy at the beginning of the year for us to do our planning and set our intentions and we get very excited about it.

As the year goes on, it is easy to let it all fall away when seeds don’t come up, critters show up or life interrupts.

And when that happens, it’s easy to lose focus and let the whole plan fall away.

It’s sort of like when you set an intention for the new year to go to the gym, to lose weight, whatever it might be, and then even by mid-February you’ve just said to heck with the whole thing. And by mid-summer, the whole intention thing is forgotten. 😏

Well, let’s not do that with our gardens. Let’s have quarterly planning sessions together. I will be here to help you the entire way, so you’ll have my professional gardening support. 😀

May these sessions transform your garden year into one of abundance and beauty. – Debby

Together, we adjust – we learn – We keep going with clarity and simplicity — and yes, even a little laughter and love.

Guided by experience you can trust

The Quarterly Planning Sessions are led by Debby Ward, Professional Gardener, coach, trainer, speaker, designer, and writer with over 50 years of experience.

Hi! 👋My name is Debby Ward.

Folks come to me when they are ready to start and organic garden or improve the one they already have. Perhaps they are tired of haphazard random garden info.

I am a professional organic garden coach, speaker, educator, presenter, designer and writer with over 50 years of gardening experience.

My interest in growing plants started as soon as I could crawl around my family garden. The first gardening lesson I remember came when I was five, learning the difference between green cherry tomatoes and peas  – I’ll tell you the story sometime – my Mom was amazing!

I’ll be here with you throughout the year — helping you stay focused, energized, and aligned with the garden you’re envisioning.

Yes! ✨ All sessions are recorded, so you can watch live or revisit them anytime.

Each quarterly session includes guided time to:

  • Revisit your intentions for the year to stay on track.
  • Clarify your focus for the season ahead.
  • Identify the most important projects for the upcoming quarter.
  • Ask questions in a supportive private community space.

This helps you stay aligned with your bigger vision while working with the natural flow of the seasons.

January to set your year and the first quarter. March for spring. June for summer and fall planning and September for winter and overwinter planning.

Each session is 60 to 90 minutes long. The first 60 minutes is Debby’s guidance on using the planner and time to fill out each section. The last 30-ish minutes includes suggestions for using the planner in the upcoming quarter and additional question and answer time for planning if needed by the group.

Yes. This planner and workshops were created to support gardeners at any level. Whether you’re just beginning or have been growing for years, the focus on intentions, seasonal projects, and gentle structure helps you stay clear, grounded, and supported — no matter where you’re starting.

Most calendars simply show you the days of the week. The 2026 Organic Gardening Calendar and Planner supports your entire garden year.

It begins with yearly intentions, breaks those into quarterly projects and tasks, and provides three intentional pages each month — including a checklist, a professional garden tip, and space for notes and observations — so you can stay focused and aligned as the seasons unfold.

You will be guided on using the Planner in the live sessions, but with the flexibility for you to use the planner in ways that work for you and your lifestyle.

Not at all. This planner is designed to be supportive, not demanding.

You can use it daily, weekly, or simply check in at the beginning of each month or quarter. It meets you where you are and supports your natural rhythm.

No. The planner is designed to support seasonal awareness and intentional planning, rather than rigid dates. The professional garden tips are aligned with the time of year and can be adapted to your local climate and growing conditions. Each quarterly session focuses on a season.

The Planner is an e-book planner, allowing you to view it digitally or print the pages that work best for you. Many gardeners enjoy printing the yearly and monthly sections and using them throughout the season.

You’ll receive immediate access to the Calendar & Planner after purchase, so you can begin setting intentions and envisioning your 2026 garden year right away. You can also choose to wait to do this until the first session.

You will receive emails to join the Quarterly Planning Sessions prior to each session.

You can wait until the first live session, or if you want to start using the Planner before the first session, start at the beginning. Then you can refine what you have done in the live session — this planner is meant to unfold with you, one season at a time.
